My wife and I wish to express our appreciation for your staff members, specifically Pete Kaiser and Doug Kiper. What a traumatic experience to have our Toyota Tundra recalled and out of service for two months! We were REALLY upset with Toyota and it seemed we had to fight and fight again to protect our interests and our investments. But the good attitudes and empathetic care of Pete and Doug smoothed the edges of our anxiety. Pete and Doug consistently gave us updates and service throughout the recall situation and, viewed now, from the end perspective, made the experience worthwhile.
You have some fantastic resources in the Service Department. We wanted to personally acknowledge Pete Kaiser and Doug Kiper for how they handled our experience. Their openness, professionalism, and wholeheartedness are the ONLY reason we could endure the Tundra rusty frame recall. Additionally we were very pleased with the workmanship afforded by your Service Department personnel. Please forward our appreciation on to Pete, Doug, and to all the personnel involved with our service.

I want to thank the members of your service department for helping my daughter, Elizabeth, make it home for Thanksgiving on time. They went way beyond the call of duty to rearrange other service calls to work on her car and allow her to leave on time. I certainly am glad that she is going to the College of Wooster near a VW dealership with such fine customer service. If I could, I would thank each individual personally but that is not possible so this email will have to do.

Dear Mr. Cross,
I wanted to take the time and share my feelings about my relationship with Toyota of Wooster as an organization. We bought the car in May 2004 and the whole process went quickly and the paperwork was handled in one step. In August, a young person hit the back side of my vehicle which caused me to meet Carol and Dave in the body shop. They were helpful and supportive in dealing with the insurance company and getting the estimate. The work was well done and completed on schedule. I had been having problems with my radio and speakers which the service department has handled with respect and concern. Scott has arranged for me to get dropped off at my school and then they come and pick me up at the end of my work day. I couldn?t ask for any more assistance.
The entire experience with Toyota of Wooster has been customer focused and professional. I feel important as a customer in my dealings with your employees.
